We collect the following information when you use vexjo: your name and email address (provided through Google sign-in), your phone number (verified during registration), your CliQ details (alias and bank name), your wallet addresses (BEP20 and/or TRC20), your order history, wallet activity, deposit and withdrawal records, push notification tokens for order updates, and your language preference.

How We Use It

We use your information to: process your buy and sell orders and withdrawals, verify your identity through phone verification, detect and prevent fraudulent activity, send you order status notifications and important service updates, and maintain records for dispute resolution.

Where We Store It

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure: Firebase Authentication for account credentials, Cloud Firestore (europe-west1 region) for application data, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. We do not store payment card information.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with advertisers or any third parties. We do not track you across other websites. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

Security

All connections to vexjo are encrypted using HTTPS with strict transport security (HSTS). We use Firebase Authentication with phone verification for account access. All transactions are validated server-side, and USDT transfers are verified on-chain before confirmation.

Data Retention

Your account information is retained while your account is active. Transaction records and audit logs are retained for compliance and dispute resolution purposes. Push notification tokens are automatically removed when they become invalid.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. Please note that certain transaction records may be retained after account deletion for audit and compliance purposes.

Cookies and Local Storage

vexjo does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We use your browser's local storage to maintain your login session, remember your language preference, and store minor interface preferences such as banner dismissals.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of vexjo after changes are published constitutes your acceptance.
