About vexjo
In 2016, a friend asked us to help him buy USDT — before any service like this existed in Jordan. He tried Binance — no JOD support. He tried P2P groups on Telegram — got scammed twice. So we helped him directly: he sent us dinars via CliQ, we sent him USDT. Word spread. One friend became ten, then a hundred. For years we ran it all through WhatsApp — verifying transfers, sending USDT manually, keeping track in spreadsheets. It worked, but it couldn't scale. So we built vexjo: everything we learned from thousands of real transactions, turned into a platform. Same CliQ payments, same personal service, but now with real-time pricing, on-chain verification, and an audit trail on every order. In 2025, Jordan passed the Virtual Assets Law — and we were among the first to apply for a VASP license (ref. VASP-20260328-25).
Vexjo is an original brand name for a Jordan-based USDT exchange, operated by Vexjo Virtual Assets LLC in Amman. It is not related to Växjö, the city in southern Sweden. If a search engine suggested Växjö when you searched for our name, you are in the right place — Vexjo (فيكسجو) is what you were looking for.

Regulatory & Banking
Jordan enacted the Virtual Assets Law (Law No. 14 of 2025), establishing a formal licensing framework for virtual asset service providers under the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC). vexjo is among the first platforms in Jordan to apply for a VASP license under this framework (application ref. VASP-20260328-25). All JOD payment processing flows through Jordan's official banking infrastructure — CliQ instant payments and eFAWATEERcom — systems operated by the Central Bank of Jordan and used by all licensed Jordanian banks.

Osama Noufal
Founder & CEO, vexjo
Osama Noufal is one of the pioneers of Jordan's digital-asset sector. In 2016 — years before any regulatory framework for virtual assets was enacted in the Kingdom — he founded the first Jordanian desk dedicated to over-the-counter trading of Tether, the US-dollar-pegged stablecoin. From Amman, he built a professional team and brought the market a specialised local service at a time when no Jordanian platform was dedicated to this field.
In 2019 he led the launch of vexjo, the only Tether trading web platform developed in Jordan and designed specifically for the Jordanian market. Built on an Arabic-first approach and integrated with the CliQ ecosystem, the platform delivers a locked rate and direct delivery to the customer's own digital wallet.
With a decade of experience and more than 10,000 completed orders, Osama leads vexjo as Founder & CEO, overseeing the platform, the OTC desk dedicated to high-value clients, and the company's regulatory compliance programme. vexjo is also among the first applicants for a Virtual Asset Service Provider licence under Jordan's Virtual Assets Regulation Law No. 14 of 2025.
Beyond his executive role, Osama is a prominent voice advocating for a regulated, transparent digital-asset sector in Jordan, with more than 30,000 people following his content and professional insights on LinkedIn.
