What vexjo Is
vexjo is an over-the-counter (OTC) USDT exchange platform operated by Vexjo Virtual Assets LLC in Amman, Jordan. We facilitate buying and selling USDT (Tether) using Jordanian Dinar (JOD) via CliQ instant bank transfers on both BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) and TRC20 (TRON) networks. vexjo acts as the counterparty to your trades — this is not a peer-to-peer marketplace. Jordan enacted the Virtual Assets Law (Law No. 14 of 2025), establishing a VASP licensing framework under the Jordan Securities Commission. vexjo has applied for a VASP license under this framework (ref. VASP-20260328-25). All JOD payment processing flows through Jordan's official banking infrastructure — CliQ instant payments and eFAWATEERcom — systems operated by the Central Bank of Jordan and used by all licensed Jordanian banks.
Eligibility
To use vexjo, you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of Jordan, and have a valid Jordanian mobile phone number. You must hold a valid invitation code to activate your account. Each person may maintain only one account.
How Orders Work
You can place buy or sell orders for USDT in amounts between 10 and 5,000 USDT. The exchange rate is locked at the time your order is created using our tiered pricing model. Orders that are not completed within the specified time window will expire and be automatically cancelled. Rate quotes are final once an order is created.
Payments and CliQ
For buy orders, you are responsible for sending the correct JOD amount to the CliQ account assigned to your order. Transfers sent to the wrong recipient, with the wrong amount, or after order expiry are your responsibility. vexjo is not responsible for CliQ system outages or delays caused by your bank.
Wallet and Withdrawals
When you buy USDT, you can receive it directly to your own BEP20 or TRC20 wallet address, or store it in your on-platform USDT balance. You can withdraw your on-platform balance to any BEP20 (BSC) or TRC20 (TRON) address at any time. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, are displayed before you confirm. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply. vexjo is not liable for transfers sent to incorrect or incompatible wallet addresses.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and should report any unauthorized access immediately. You must not use vexjo for money laundering, fraud, financing illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
Our Responsibilities
We commit to processing your orders promptly, keeping on-platform funds secure and available for withdrawal at any time, providing transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and notifying you of any material changes to our service.
Account Suspension
vexjo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, providing false information, or violation of these terms. If your account is suspended, any remaining wallet balance will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
vexjo is not liable for losses resulting from: blockchain network delays or failures, CliQ payment system issues beyond our control, errors on your part such as sending to wrong addresses or amounts, cryptocurrency price fluctuations between order placement and completion, or service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance. We will communicate material changes through the platform.
